BasatClub Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BasatClub ("BasatClub", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through basatclub.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

BasatClub operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services offered by BasatClub — including but not limited to Slots, Aviator, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Esports Betting, Football Betting, and any future game or service category — are subject to these Terms unless a separate, more specific set of terms is published for that service, in which case those specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms.

These Terms are written in English and, where BasatClub provides an Urdu translation for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register on or use BasatClub.

To register and use BasatClub, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. BasatClub applies strict age verification and will request proof of age documentation if there is any reason to doubt a player's stated age. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — that is, an individual human being, not a company, organisation, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from BasatClub or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using BasatClub is lawful in your specific location.
• You must use BasatClub on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. All funds deposited to your BasatClub account must be your own funds and not funds held or provided by another person.

Each player may hold only one BasatClub account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts linked to the same individual, with balances forfeited in accordance with Section 9.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

BasatClub sends account communications — including OTP verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional messages (if opted in) — to the mobile number and email address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure these contact details remain active and accessible.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BasatClub login credentials.
• You must notify BasatClub immediately via support@basatclub.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• BasatClub will never contact you by phone, email, or chat requesting your password. Do not share your password with anyone, including persons claiming to represent BasatClub support.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available in your account security settings and is strongly recommended for all BasatClub players.
• BasatClub is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

BasatClub accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.

All deposits are credited to your BasatClub PKR wallet and available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. BasatClub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside BasatClub's control.

BasatClub reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawal requests on BasatClub are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — BasatClub does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Standard processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average. NayaPay and SadaPay within 15–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers within 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Fees: BasatClub does not charge withdrawal fees on standard methods. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transfer fees.
• Identity verification: BasatClub may require identity verification (CNIC and/or selfie) before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if a withdrawal exceeds certain thresholds. This is a one-time process per account.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to completion of the stated wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being forfeited, not the withdrawal being blocked — the real-money balance remains available.

BasatClub does not hold withdrawal requests for internal review on standard amounts. The process is automated. If a withdrawal takes longer than stated, contact BasatClub support at support@basatclub.net with your account details and withdrawal reference number.

BasatClub runs promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal tournaments. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. These general Terms apply to all BasatClub promotions in addition to any offer-specific terms.

• Wagering requirements are stated in full on every BasatClub promotion before you opt in. A wagering requirement of 20× on a Rs 500 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in total bets before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money funds in your BasatClub wallet. Real-money funds are always wagered first unless you elect otherwise in your account settings.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a BasatClub bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is Rs 500 unless the promotion terms specifically state a higher limit. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game restrictions: Some games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: Every BasatClub bonus carries a validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used within the stated period are automatically removed from your account.
• One account, one bonus: Each BasatClub promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times will result in the bonus being voided.

All games available on BasatClub — including Slots, Aviator, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Esports Betting, and Football Betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules.

BasatClub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG at the moment a game event resolves — BasatClub cannot alter, delay, or pre-determine game results. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game reflect independently verified historical return rates across millions of game rounds.

• Game results are final once confirmed by BasatClub's system. Players may not dispute results on the basis of personal expectation or misunderstanding of game mechanics.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a verifiable technical error on BasatClub's side that materially affects a game outcome, BasatClub will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and refund the stake. BasatClub is not liable for losses caused by third-party connectivity issues, device failures, or internet disruptions on the player's side.
• Sports betting void rules: Football and esports bets are voided and stakes refunded if a match is officially abandoned before completion and no official result is ratified within 24 hours by the relevant governing body.
• Aviator provably fair: Every Aviator round on BasatClub generates a verifiable cryptographic seed published before and after each round, allowing players to independently confirm the result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BasatClub and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the BasatClub platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with BasatClub games or betting markets in a manner not available to standard players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — including in live multiplayer games such as Teen Patti and Ludo — to gain unfair advantage at the expense of other BasatClub players.
• Attempting to access another player's BasatClub account without their authorisation.
• Using BasatClub's platform to process commercial transactions unrelated to personal gaming.

BasatClub employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor for all of the above patterns continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. BasatClub will provide notice of any permanent action taken against an account.

BasatClub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, the following applies:

• Bonus balances are forfeited in full regardless of wagering progress.
• Real-money balances derived from activity that constituted the breach (for example, winnings from colluded game rounds) may also be forfeited following investigation.
• Real-money deposits not connected to the breach are returned to the player via the original deposit method where legally permissible.

Players may also choose to close their BasatClub account at any time. To do so, contact support@basatclub.net from the email address registered to your account. BasatClub will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

BasatClub collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on BasatClub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, BasatClub collects: registration information (name, mobile number, date of birth); transaction records (deposit and withdrawal history in PKR); game play records; device and access log data; and KYC verification documents where requested. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

• BasatClub does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• BasatClub may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to BasatClub's legal obligations to retain certain records.

BasatClub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We believe gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — never a source of financial hardship or a compulsion that affects your daily life.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every BasatClub player and can be accessed directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.
• Session time reminders: Notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time spent and net wagering position.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you not be permitted to re-register. BasatClub takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BasatClub's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made to your BasatClub account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BasatClub is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet or telecommunications failures, interruptions, or delays outside BasatClub's control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or other information published on the platform where such inaccuracy results from a verifiable technical error — BasatClub will void affected bets and return stakes in such cases rather than honouring incorrect odds.

Nothing in these Terms limits BasatClub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

BasatClub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BasatClub will notify active players via the registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with a legal obligation or to address a security risk, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Continued use of BasatClub after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should close your account in accordance with Section 9 before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. BasatClub maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which can be requested by contacting support@basatclub.net.
