Account

Go to basatclub.net/register, enter your full name (as on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number (+92 format, 10 digits starting with 3), date of birth, and create a password. Select your province and preferred payment method, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You will receive a 6-digit OTP on your mobile — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be 18 years of age or older. BasatClub enforces this strictly — accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately, all activity is voided, and the account is flagged. This is not negotiable. If you are a parent concerned about a minor accessing the platform, contact support@basatclub.net right away.

No — one account per person, full stop. If you register multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any balances forfeited. This includes accounts using different mobile numbers but the same identity details. If you have lost access to your account, use OTP login or contact support@basatclub.net for account recovery. Never register a second account.

Use the OTP Login tab on the login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and request an OTP. Once logged in via OTP, go to Account Settings to set a new password. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, email support@basatclub.net with your full name, date of birth, and province to start manual account recovery.

Basic identity verification (providing your correct name and date of birth) happens at registration. Full KYC — submitting a scan or photo of your Pakistani CNIC — is required before processing withdrawals above the standard threshold or if BasatClub's security systems flag an account for review. You will be notified in your account dashboard if KYC is required. Providing accurate information from the start avoids delays.

You can close your account by contacting support@basatclub.net and requesting account closure. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, consider using the self-exclusion option in Account Settings instead — it has the same effect but is specifically designed for players who want a permanent break from gaming.
Deposits

Log in to your account and go to the Wallet section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, Visa, or Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR, follow the payment steps for your chosen method, and confirm. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your BasatClub wallet within seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) typically clear within 30 minutes during banking hours.

The minimum deposit varies by payment method. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, the minimum is Rs 50. For NayaPay and SadaPay, the minimum is Rs 100. For IBFT bank transfers, the minimum is Rs 500. For Visa and Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees — there is no currency conversion on BasatClub.

For Easypaisa and JazzCash, most deposits credit instantly. If your balance has not updated after 10 minutes, try refreshing your BasatClub dashboard. For IBFT, allow up to 30 minutes. If the delay extends beyond these windows, contact BasatClub live support with your registered mobile number, the amount deposited in PKR, the exact time of transfer, and your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Yes — and BasatClub encourages it. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour review period to prevent impulsive decisions made during a session from overriding a limit set when you were thinking clearly. Yes. BasatClub processes all transactions over SSL-encrypted connections. Your payment details are never stored on BasatClub servers — transactions are handled directly by the payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.). BasatClub does not share your financial information with third parties. All PKR deposits and withdrawals are processed through legitimate, regulated Pakistani payment channels.
Withdrawals

Log in to your BasatClub account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or IBFT), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers usually complete within 30 minutes during standard Pakistani banking hours. Your withdrawal history is visible in the Wallet section.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 for IBFT bank transfers. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though larger withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC) before processing.

The most common reasons for withdrawal delays are: pending KYC (identity verification) — check your account dashboard for any verification request; active bonus wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal; IBFT transfers requested outside standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm PKT). If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours and none of these apply, contact support@basatclub.net with your transaction reference.

BasatClub requires that withdrawals be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered BasatClub account. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. You cannot withdraw to another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. If your registered payment details have changed — for example, a new mobile number — update them in Account Settings and contact support to verify the change before requesting a withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first deposit — no promo code required and no manual claim needed. Simply register, verify your mobile number, and make your first PKR deposit. The bonus is credited to your account within seconds of the deposit confirming. Your dashboard will show both your real-money balance and your bonus balance separately.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be converted to real money and withdrawn. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets across qualifying games before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Your current wagering progress is shown on your dashboard in PKR. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically count 100%, while live table games may count less.

No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements are fully met. You can always withdraw your real-money balance (winnings from your own deposits) at any time, as long as there are no other restrictions. If you withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Check your active bonus terms in Account Settings for the exact conditions.

Yes. BasatClub runs regular promotions for active players including reload bonuses (bonus on top-up deposits), rebate offers (percentage of net losses returned as bonus), seasonal promotions around PSL, Eid, and major sporting events, and referral bonuses for inviting friends. If a bonus reaches its expiry date before wagering is completed, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account. Your real-money balance is not affected. Bonus expiry dates are shown clearly in your active bonuses section — always check the time limit before accepting an offer so you can plan accordingly.
Games

Aviator is a crash-style game. A multiplier starts at 1x and increases as a plane climbs on screen. You place a bet in PKR before the round starts, then cash out at any multiplier before the plane flies away. If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the multiplier at the point you cashed out. If you do not cash out before the plane leaves, your bet is lost. Teen Patti is a three-card poker-style game. Each player is dealt three cards; the player with the best hand wins. You can play blind (without looking at your cards) or seen. Andar Bahar is a single-card guessing game — a joker card is placed face up in the centre, and you bet on whether matching cards will appear on the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) side first. Security

Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and switch it on. From that point, every new login from an unrecognised device will require your password plus a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. BasatClub strongly recommends enabling 2FA — your account holds real PKR, and 2FA prevents access even if someone else obtains your password.

Change your BasatClub password immediately from Account Settings. Then contact support@basatclub.net and report the suspicious activity — include the device type and time shown in the notification. BasatClub's security team will review your account activity and, if any unauthorised actions were taken, work to reverse them. Enable 2FA immediately to prevent further unauthorised access.

No. BasatClub support will never ask for your password, full OTP, or payment PIN under any circumstances — not by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. If you receive such a request, it is a scam. Do not share any of these details. Report the incident to support@basatclub.net immediately so the team can issue a warning to other players if needed. Only contact BasatClub through official channels: live chat in your account dashboard or support@basatclub.net.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Confirm your choice and your account will be closed immediately. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. BasatClub will suppress all marketing communications to you. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your BasatClub account for a fixed duration — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time you cannot deposit or play, but your account and balance are preserved. It is a useful tool if you want a short break without permanently closing your account. Activate it in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Once a cooling-off period is set, it cannot be shortened — it runs for the full duration you selected.

BasatClub provides: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (caps on net PKR losses per period), session time reminders (on-screen notifications after your chosen session length), reality checks (pop-ups showing session duration and net win/loss), cooling-off periods (24h to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
