Having Trouble Logging In?

Most login problems have a simple fix. Here are the most common issues Pakistani players encounter and how to resolve them quickly without needing to contact support.

Switch to OTP Login using the tab at the top of the login form. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and request an OTP. Log in with the code, then go to Account Settings to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, email support@basatclub.net with your account details for manual recovery.

OTPs are sent via SMS and usually arrive within 30 seconds. If yours has not arrived: check that you entered the correct 10-digit mobile number (without the leading 0); make sure your SIM is active and has signal; wait 60 seconds and use the Resend button. If the issue continues, contact BasatClub live chat — our team can verify your number and complete login manually.

Account suspensions can occur for a few reasons: multiple failed login attempts (temporary automatic lock — wait 30 minutes), a pending age verification, a responsible gaming cooling-off period you activated, or a security review. For any suspension message, contact support@basatclub.net with your registered mobile number and the message you are seeing. Do not attempt to register a new account — this will complicate the resolution.

First, check that Caps Lock is not on — passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure you are entering the mobile number in the correct format (10 digits, starting with 3, no country code, no leading 0). If you are copying and pasting a password, make sure there are no extra spaces. If the problem continues after three attempts, switch to OTP Login to access your account, then reset your password from settings.

BasatClub's team can locate your account and confirm the registered mobile number after verifying your identity. Never create a duplicate account — one account per player is a strict requirement.

BasatClub allows login from multiple devices, but for security, a new login from an unrecognised device will trigger an OTP verification even if 2FA is not explicitly enabled.
